Amego EV is a 100% electric bicycle store in downtown Toronto. We have been in business for 8 years and are rapidly growing. Amego is the largest retailer of electric bicycles in Canada. We carry such brands as Stromer, Opus, Cube, Hiabike, Elby, Populo, Surface 604, EVO, Tern, Wallerrang, Blix and of course our brand Amego.
We are looking for year round full-time and seasonal part-time staff members to sell bicycles and bicycles accessories. We will pay based on your level of experience, knowledge and skill.
To be a successful candidate you must:
Be a bicycle riding enthusiast;
Have knowledge of bicycles, bicycle parts and bicycle accessories;
Have some experience working in a bicycle retail store;
Have the ability to talk to customers and determine their bicycle needs and wants;
Be able to close a sale;
Be able to intake bicycles brought in for service;
Be able to assist in keeping the store neat and tidy;
Be able to operate our POS system (training will be provided)
Amego is first and foremost a bicycle store so we are open weekends all year round. You must be able to work weekends and some overtime as required. Longer hours are expected in the spring and summer.
The compensation package will be discussed during the interview process.
