Service Department Responsibilities:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage and organize the inventory of spare parts, ensuring everything is stocked and accounted for.
- Update customer records and service tickets in the POS system.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

- Ensure all customer service standards are met, delivering exceptional experiences.
- Clearly explain bike repair or tune-up needs to customers and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their concerns and accurately diagnose issues.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve them effectively.
- Assist with phone inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate team member when necessary.
- Support the sales team by assisting customers on the sales floor when needed.
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges using the company’s POS and online systems.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in bicycle repair and assembly.
- Familiarity with electric bicycles and/or a willingness to learn eBike systems (e.g., Bosch, Shimano, Yamaha).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; French language is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the team environment.
