THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Energy, enthusiasm, and passion for all things cycling
Proficient bike mechanic skills with at least 1 year experience
Problem solver with positive working attitude
Knowledgeable within the cycling industry and regularly updates themselves on latest technologies
Effective and professional communicator with customers and team members
Passion for helping customers with their cycling needs
Detail oriented and striving for ongoing improvement in skills
JOB DUTIES:
Service Writing – scheduling bikes in for service and maintenance
Communicate with customers in a professional and positive manner
Completing all repairs to the highest standard
Build and prepare new bikes for display and sale
Actively maintain and clean work areas
Co-ordinating with staff on day-to-day duties
Other duties per request
ADDITIONAL:
Ideal but not essential; experience in using Google Suite and Lightspeed PoS
Bike Mechanic Experience at least 1 year
