Job Description: Here we grow again! We are seeking a “cycle-lovin, working knowledge of electronics and mechanics, with some computer savvy and GREAT customer service skills “person to work primarily in our mechanics’ shop, mostly fulltime.

LOL) and family fun (everyone is part of our Pedego Family!) We work as a team, sharing every aspect of running the show from washing floors to airing tires to helping our newest Pedego Family member operate her brand-new bike in a FUN & EASY way. Everything we do is to make it FUN & EASY for our customers to be Pedego Family too. Our vision is to make every Pedego Oyama Experience – FUN & EASY - and a 5-star review - whether our customer is renting, buying or servicing their Pedego bike. You are able to work independently – no micromanaging, but tons of guidance and lots of support from our whole Pedego family. We’ll be upfront – the way we operate doesn’t suit everyone – but it suits us and has made us the #1 PEDEGO DEALER in Canada for the last 2 years, and awarded us the “the TRAVELLERS CHOICE “award from Trip Advisor…. It was just that FUN & EASY!
Responsibilities will include:
Maintaining rental fleet - test rides, service, repairs & cleaning
Performing customer service work e.g.) tune-ups.
Receiving & assembling new bikes, riding & testing to ensure working order and pristine presentation
Maintaining shop, grounds, inventory, and paperwork.
And occasionally delivering new bikes to customers and /or picking up bikes from customers …. all while covering rental launches, the retail shop floor & other duties as required.
Must have valid class 5 driver’s license.
