Position: Intermediate Mechanic and Shop Help
Job Description: We're looking for a Service Lead / Mechanic who is proactive and has a positive attitude. Our ideal candidate is always willing to lend a hand if needed in all aspects of the shop life.
Our ideal candidate:

Familiar with ordering from suppliers
Flexible - working through extensive busy periods with ease
Pleasant and patient with customers and staff
We are looking for someone who knows their way around all sorts of bikes, bike components, and suspension systems. Experience servicing electric-assist bikes is required.
Bonus points for familiarity with Lightspeed POS & ECom.
