Success will come with reward: we aim to create career-level jobs in sales, technical work, hospitality, and logistical spaces.

  • Regularly update knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

  • Accomplishes our goals by accepting ownership for fulfilling new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to our customers.

Salary and Work Environment

  • This is a salaried position paying $45,000 annually. Your typical work week will be 40 hours, but operational needs may dictate that you work up to 44 hours per week in busy season (April, May, June), and as few as 28 hours per week in our slower season (December, January, February).

  • Our operations are limited to emergency repairs and online consultations around the last ten days of the calendar year and the first ten days of the following year, and you will have very limited responsibilities during this time.

  • Perks include family bike benefits, seasonal ebbs and flows (including time off over the winter holidays), working with a great team, and getting to know the wonderful people who make up the #LdnOntBike community. Plus, you’ll get to ride the TVP to work every day.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Coaching: Help a person (Staff or Customers) develop enthusiasm, knowledge, and skills in everyday cycling.

  • Fostering teamwork: Get to know all your team members and the community. Provide them each with the tools and guidance they need in order to fully realise their potential. Nurture the team by promoting relationships of mutual respect and honesty

  • Organization: Have a system to focus on your work and have confidence to forecast and meet goals.
